What’s on

Bloomsbury Theological Reflection Day (17th Nov 2017)
Theology Live (11th December 2017) – link to get ticket: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/theology-live-tickets-32347634646
Next Tiny (Theology in Yorkshire) is on 28 September at 11am, Moortown BC. Peter Shepherd will speak on  “Every time you say goodbye”: some reflections on the significance of welcomes and farewells.

Next, 8 November at Moortown BC will be James Chapman speaking on Freemasonry: A Counterfeit Way. This is the 300th anniversary of the United Grand Lodge of England. A recent TV documentary has been shown – in a very sympathetic manner, extolling the virtues of masonry. My contention is the masonry is a poor substitute for Christian fellowship and discipleship – possibly with good humanistic intentions, but falling short due to, amongst other things, a deist understanding.
